Welcome to the Power and Energy Career Promotion and Workforce Development (PECPWD) Subcommittee web site. The scope of this Subcommittee within Power and Energy Education Committee (PEEC), IEEE Power and Energy Society (PES) is to help with providing solutions for power engineering workforce challenges and stimulate interest in power and energy engineering careers.
